An experience comprises a myriad of elements: sensory input (colours, smells, sounds etc), narrative (who said what to whom), emotions (joy, fear, sadness etc). These are all sorted by our own belief systems which may discard some aspects of memory, distort or enhance others

Through my art I seek to explore the slippery nature of memory and the way in which our recall fades, alters and distorts our experiences.
